Comments: Absolutely GREAT Company to hire for waterproofing your basement!!A few weeks back my husband and I noticed some wetness in our basement and appeared that our front wall was bulging. I did some research on some waterproofing basement methods and on companies that provide the service. There is so much info on the internet it hard to confidently select a reputable company that will provide excellent work. Somehow, I was blessed to have found Dry-At-Last on HomeAdvisor. They were PHENOMENAL!!! Marcus came out to look at our basement. He did a thorough assessment of the issues and walked us through the entire process step-by-step. We hired them right then and felt confident we made the right decision. They started the job in less than a week and was done within 2 days. They were quick, efficient and everyone we interacted with was extremely personable, informative and was generally concerned that we were beyond satisfied. Peter was the job supervisor and he always kept us informed explaining everything that was going on as it was being done. I work from home at this time and the crew was mindful of the noise level because it did not interfere with my work at all! This was such a positive experience with this company we have decide to have them finish our basement (walls, flooring, etc). It?s too bad the star rating only goes up to 5. I would DEFINITELY give them more if I could.

Comments: We had received many estimates prior to Dry-At-Last. They were the best value and were the most professional from start to finish. We received a very prompt and courteous phone call to have someone come out for an estimate. With the current pandemic, they took proper precautions from the start. They began the work only about one week post estimate. They removed some old shelves in order to complete the job and did it without hesitation. We received a French drain, two sump pumps and some outdoor concrete work done. It was a large job and they did an excellent job. Only a few days after completion we had a massive rain storm. This was the first time in seven years that we had a dry basement! The entire team was amazing and they were very hard workers. We appreciate the respect that was shown and the professionalism. Comments: I had a mold problem in my basement and contact Dry-At-Last-Waterproofing. Steve and his guys did a great job installing a French drain in one section of the basement. Even though this was a small job that only required one wall, they did topnotch job that required drilling part of the basement, installing piping, and a sump pump to route any water that might come into the house. The finishing of the cement work was done very neatly. They were a very careful to keep all the dust to a bear minimum. Steve personally came out to check on the work and then after a big rain came to check that there were no water issues. They were a great company to work with.

Comments: The basement in my house has been wet or full of water in one way or another for as long as I can remember. 2 days after Dry-at-last finished in my basement it started to rain, and kept rain for 3 days straight...to my amazement my basement was dry! So dry I could walk around in socks. The work is top notch, professional, accurate, and clean. They were in and out in less than 3 days and left the place spotless. Steve answered every question and explained everything from start to finish. He was understanding and patient with all our concerns. Comments: We used Dry-At-Last! to waterproof the basement and crawlspace of a home we had just moved into a month prior. Nothing worse that moving into a house and finding out the basement floods with any heavy rain, but Danny, Marcus and the entire crew at Dry-At-Last! were awesome. Marcus came to the house after normal business hours to look at the problem, spec a solution and sit down with us while he went over and explained the entire scope of the job. He took time to explain how the system worked and what we could expect when complete. It is always nice to deal with a company that will work on your schedule so that you don't have to miss time from work just to get a quote. Once we were ready to move forward with the project, Marcus was able to work with us on the price and we had no issues going with Dry-At-Last!. One of the reasons we liked Dry-at-Last! was the fact that they break their billing down into three payments. One payment up front as a deposit, one after the job is complete, and the final payment after some serious rain and/or you have had a chance to see the system in action. This showed us that they stand behind their work and were not looking to simply cash our check and move on. The other deciding factor was their guarantee. As Marcus explained, some companies will tell you it is a "lifetime guarantee" but what does that really mean? Who's lifetime? Dry-At-Last! guarantees their work for two ownership of the home. Meaning it is full guaranteed for the duration of our ownership, as well as the duration of the next owner should we be inclined to sell. They do not put a number on how long they will guarantee the work for, they give a blanket guarantee that lets you know you are covered. Dry-At-Last!s carpenters/prep crew came out on day one and moved belongings we had in the basement out of the way and prepped a closet that was in the way of the installers. The installation crew was schedule to take 2 days to install the system, but put in extra hours and knocked it out in one day. Danny from the office then called me to make sure I was pleased with the work. The carpenters came back the following week and repaired the closet back to good order, and only then did Dry-At-Last! require the 2nd payment. We had also gotten a few really heavy storms during that week, so we were able to see that things were working great, so no issues on our end making that final payment. Also, even after being paid in full, Danny had no issues sending his crew back for some minor adjustments we wanted made. Two months after installation, when my schedule finally opened up, he sent his crew back for a simple adjustment to the drainage lines. I do not know if other companies would have done that, but I am glad I did not have to find out. The best part about the system that Dry-At-Last! installed in our home, aside from no more puddles on my floor, we that almost instantly, that musty smell of a wet basement was gone. Our basement is now dry! And we are well on our way to finishing the room and giving our kids a space in our new home where they can play and that they can call their own. Comments: I needed someone to fix my basement foundation cracks and water leaking into my basement. I called several companies and made appointments and Dry-At-Last showed up first. Marcus came to my house, explained the entire process, showed me the products used and gave me an estimate. I asked a million questions and he patiently answered them all (several times). He was not pushy (which I hate) and very knowledgeable about the project. I hired the company to do the job that day because of the honesty I felt that I received from Marcus. I also liked the guarantee. I am relieved when I see a dry basement after it rains. The guys who did the project should also be commended. It was done during a heatwave and they were up and down the stairs and mixing cement outside and never complained. They were very polite and cleaned up afterwards. Our project manager, Joe, did a thorough evaluation of the moisture content of our block foundation (unlike another contractor who sent a salesman with a hard sell speech), and described our water issue and its potential solutions in detail. We had an interior drainage system installed on three exterior walls of an addition to our house, along with a sump pump. Joe moved many of the items in our basement as part of the prep work, and his crew did an excellent job keeping the dust from the concrete removal to an absolute minimum. The final floor blends perfectly with the old concrete, and the system is performing exceptionally well. The work was done in a day with an appropriately-staffed crew of 6. The clean up afterward was excellent. As with any major construction project, questions or issues arise. The hallmark of a great company is the way they address these, and the management of Dry-At-Last are the consummate pros.

Comments: The owner Steve is very passionate about his work â he makes sure that the job is done right and will last for years, not just a band-aid approach that will only work temporarily. Our system has been done for a couple of weeks and we already can tell a difference â the musty smell is gone, our basement is now odor free and dry! Comments: My husband and I hired this company to water-proof the basement and we are so happy that we did. We live in an older home and we had significant mustiness in the basement, occasional flooding and we were starting to see mold (eep!). We contacted three different companies for quotes and Dry-At-Last fell in the middle (price-wise). We decided to go with this company because the owner, Steve explained everything to us beginning to end and had extreme patience in explaining things to us (as we are first time homeowners). Also, he addressed our primary concern which was the foundation of our home. Although this wasn't the cheapest option we received more for our money in that this company installed the drain around the entire perimeter of the basement (whereas one company only wanted to do two walls for the price). The total job was the drain, three sump pumps, some mold removal, work around the outside of the home, and they drilled "weep holes" in the foundation to relieve the pressure on the walls and route the water to the drains. The guys that did the work were friendly, fast and efficient. They were respectful of our home and really easy to work with. Even after the job Steve followed up to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We are definitely satisfied and our basement is definitely dry (at last, haha) even after all of the rain we've been having. Thank you!!!

Meticulous work, once finished, it was hard to believe they they had even been there. Paid attention to every minute detail and had awesome stories to share :). Comments: Had water down basement during inspection. Seller agreed to have basement waterproofed and I was given 10 year warranty for job. Noticed water down basement weeks after settlement. Went back and forth with Waterproofing company and seller for over a year and nothing was fixed. I finally had Dry At Last Waterproofing company come out to assess the basement and I’m now working with them to get this done right finally. Steve is very passionate and knowledgeable about his work. Finally nice to work with a professional that knows what he’s doing.

Comments: Steve and Pete are great guys. They talked me through everything, constantly asked if I had questions or if I did not understand something. Steve took me through water mngt 101, showing me exactly what was going on with my basement, why it was happening & most importantly made sure I truly understood the issue at hand. That is greatly appreciated when your venture in unfamiliar territory. Pete and his guys came in and knocked the job out in a day and half. They were punctual, fact and clean up after themselves. Great company.
